In response to numerous requests for information regarding juvenile records and expungement, Juvenile Law Center has published a youth manual to educate young people who have been involved in the Pennsylvania juvenile justice system. This manual sets forth the challenges youth with juvenile records may face when they become adults and what steps they can take to remove some of the barriers. The guide also provides youth with sample expungement forms and a directory of contact information for public defender and probation offices in all Pennsylvania counties.
